L'enfance du mal

Céline, a fifteen-year-old teenager, has been relying on her own resourcefulness since she ran away from her legal guardians. She finds refuge in an outbuilding of a bourgeois house belonging to a judge and his wife, Monsieur and Madame Van Eyck.
